What does Propertymark Protected mean? We offer Propertymark Protection, providing Client Money Protection (CMP) and professional indemnity insurance, alongside the redress that agents are legally bound to have. A copy of our certificate is available on request.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme

By law, a landlord or agent who receives a deposit for a tenancy must protect the deposit. We are members of Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), authorised by the government.

The Property Ombudsman

The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service for 29 years and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service.
