  • Managed - Premium RENT GUARANTEE

    60% of first month's rent + 16% monthly fee of rent (subject to a minimum fee of £400)

  • Managed - Basic

    60% of first month’s rent* + 12% monthly fee of rent (subject to a minimum fee of £400)

  • Rent Collection

    60% of first month's rent + 10% monthly fee of rent (subject to a minimum fee of £400)

  • Let Only

    90% of first month's rent (subject to a minimum fee of £600)
