Our Manged services are for landlords who don't have the time, or simply, don't want to deal with the day-to-day management of their property.   • Dedicated property manager

    You'll be appointed your very own Property Manager who you can contact personally. They will oversee the day to day management of your property allowing you to relax in the knowledge that we have it all covered.

  • Pre-tenancy

    We perform in-depth reference checks to make sure you get great tenants, we'll get the tenancy agreement signed, we can clean your property before your tenants move in, and ensure a full inventory and check-in document is completed.

  • During the tenancy

    When your tenants move in we register the security deposit and inform utility providers of the change in occupancy. We will collect the rent on your behalf, deal with any maintenance issues and ensure complete compliance, strictly adhering to all law and legislations. Annually we will perform a gas check on your property, with regular inspections and tenant liaison throughout, completely managing any renewal or re-let negotiations.

  • When tenants move out

    At the end of a tenancy we will we will meet with the tenant and thoroughly check your property against the inventory and arrange for the deposit to be returned. We'll then review the current market value of your property and advise if we think you need to review your rental price. A Section 21 notice will be served and we will relist your property to the rental market - achieving maximum exposure using the best marketing.

  • Rent collection

    Rent will be paid to us monthly by your tenant. Our fees, along with any other costs will be deducted and the remaining balance will be paid directly to you. Due to our extensive checking we are confident we have very few problems with rental arrears; meaning you can be confident you will be paid on time each month.
