Managed Service landlords benefit from our emergency contractor service. We use software that allows us to manage all repairs and maintenance carried out at your property. Data from the system identifies that 1 million+ properties, one in three repair requests is reported out-of-hours. This complete repairs solution allows us to resolve emergency repairs reported outside of usual business hours.

This will ensure that emergency issues in your property are dealt with promptly seven days (and nights) a week, including bank holidays.

    Tenants can report issues online or via telephone

    Tenants will get a call back within one hour - AXA will triage the issue to ensure that it is, in fact, an emergency and that the tenant knows someone is looking into their issue.

    AXA will ensure a contractor is onsite within 24 hours
