    Central Support Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover)

    Location: Kidderminster

    A vacancy has arisen within our Central Support Team

    This full time position is based at Kidderminster office to cover maternity leave will also include participation in the Saturday rota.

     

    Key requirements of role is for you to be an active team player with a customer centric approach ensuring that both internal and external customers’ expectations are exceeded.

    Sales Progressor

    Location: Worcester Head Office

    Salary:

    Are you committed to seeing projects through to completion and love to provide exceptional customer service?

    We are looking for a Sales Progressor to join our growing team. Based at our Head Office, Foregate Street Worcester.

     

    The Sales Progression team is responsible for completing all associated works once a property offer has been accepted for all offices within the business.

    You need to be a proactive team player with a customer centric approach ensuring that both internal and external customers’ expectations are exceeded. 

    Role requirements:

    Understanding of the conveyancing process and ability to act, advise and resolve matters

    Set and meet buyers and sellers expectations in terms of exchange and completion dates

    Prepare and update each file on CRM system

    Progress and monitor sales – liaising with all parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors and any other third parties 

    Organise surveys and understand the results.

    Contact Centre Specialist

    Location: Worcester Head Office
